Philiphaugh R1 was £1800 (~$2,381) at Kelso in 2023. He was the first son to be offered for sale by last years 2023 Traditional Bluefaced Leicester Royal Highland Show Champion, the £6000 (~$7,938) Towdypotts P3. Philiphaugh R1 was used heavily last year both naturally and for Embryo Transfer work, so we know his semen is up to it. His first crop of lambs have excellent style with really strong bone. Philiphaugh R1 is an out-cross to everything else on the other side of the Atlantic, between his pedigree and his looks he'll be a great ram for any flock to use.
